TERMS & CONDITIONS – TEMPO TRAVELLER RENTAL SERVICE
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
Minimum booking: 250 km per day, counted from garage to garage.
Booking is confirmed only after 50% advance payment is received.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the trip starts, either in cash, online, or via UPI.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
Quoted prices include vehicle rental, fuel charges, driver charges, toll tax, and parking fees (if included in your package).
AC will not be operated in hilly regions for safety and vehicle performance reasons.
Any deviation from the planned itinerary or increase in kilometers will be charged extra as per the agreed per-kilometer rate.
3. Driver Allowance & Working Hours
Standard driver allowance: ₹300/day.
Driver duty time: maximum 12 hours per day. Extra hours are chargeable.
Guests are advised to provide proper rest and meals for the driver.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Damage to seat covers, carpets, or interiors due to food, smoking, alcohol, or negligent behavior will be chargeable.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are not allowed inside the vehicle.
5. Breakdown & Delays
In case of mechanical failure, we will provide support or replacement vehicle as early as possible.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic jams, roadblocks, weather, or vehicle breakdown.
6. Cancellation Policy
7 or more days before travel: 100% refund
3–6 days before travel: 50% refund
Less than 3 days: No refund
TERMS & CONDITIONS – TAXI SERVICE
1. Booking Process
Minimum 25% of total fare is required to confirm the booking.
Balance payment must be cleared at the start of the journey.
For outstation trips, minimum usage is 250 km per day.
2. Tariff Calculation
Distance calculated from garage to garage (our office location).
Toll tax, state tax, parking, and driver allowance may be included or charged extra, based on your selected package.
3. Driver Conduct & Guest Behavior
Our drivers are trained, professional, and instructed for polite behavior.
Guests should cooperate with the driver, especially during high traffic, road checks, or when following local regulations.
Misconduct with the driver or misuse of vehicle will lead to termination of service without refund.
4. Vehicle Use
Only the booked customer is authorized to travel. Commercial or unauthorized third-party use is not permitted.
Any delay from the customer’s side beyond agreed pickup time may result in extra hourly charges.
5. Cancellations
Up to 72 hours before pickup: Full refund
24 to 72 hours: 50% refund
Under 24 hours: No refund
TERMS & CONDITIONS – SELF DRIVE CAR RENTAL
1. Eligibility & Documentation
Customer must be at least 21 years old.
Must hold a valid Indian driving license (International License for foreign nationals).
Provide valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) and passport-size photo.
A security deposit (₹5,000 to ₹15,000) is mandatory. Refundable within 7 days after vehicle return.
2. Rental Conditions
Fuel cost is borne by the customer.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level and in good condition.
Daily kilometers allowed: 250–300 km (depending on vehicle). Excess km will be charged ₹12–₹20/km based on model.
3. Damage Policy
All vehicles are insured, but in case of accident or major damage:
Insurance excess must be borne by the customer.
If damage is due to negligence or traffic violation, full cost of repair is chargeable.
4. Restrictions
Vehicles are not allowed for racing, towing, or commercial use.
Vehicle cannot be driven outside Rajasthan without prior permission.
Drunk driving, overspeeding, or any illegal activity will lead to immediate seizure of vehicle and forfeit of deposit.
5. Cancellation Policy
48 hours before pickup: Full refund
24–48 hours: 50% refund
Under 24 hours: ₹500 penalty + no refund of deposit (if applicable)
TERMS & CONDITIONS – TOUR PACKAGES
1. Booking Terms
30% of the total tour package cost is required in advance to confirm the itinerary.
Full payment must be made before the start of the tour.
All bookings are subject to hotel availability and confirmation from our backend team.
2. Inclusions
Hotel booking (as per package), vehicle, driver, and sightseeing are included.
Meals, entry tickets, adventure activities, shopping, camera fees, and any personal expenses are excluded unless specified.
3. Tour Itinerary & Modifications
Final itinerary will be shared before the tour. Once the tour starts, any deviation may incur additional charges.
If customer skips any service (like hotel night or sightseeing), no refund will be given.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
10+ days before tour: Full refund
5–9 days before: 50% refund
Less than 5 days: No refund
Force Majeure (strikes, lockdowns, weather issues) will be dealt case-by-case.
5. Guest Conduct & Responsibility
Customer must follow instructions of guide or driver for safety and compliance.
Damage to hotel property, vehicle, or public property during tour will be chargeable to the guest.
We are not liable for lost items or changes due to flight/train delays.
